We're selecting 4 homeowners with real replacement projects involving windows, doors, bathrooms, roofing, siding, HVAC, and similar home services.
Selected participants must obtain 10 written quotes from home-services companies we specify for replacing an existing feature at their home. Repairs and brand-new installations where the feature does not already exist are not eligible. Complete the entire assignment according to the program requirements and receive $1,800.

Yes. Doreen and I have been Seven Hills homeowners for more than 30 years. We’re working with a reputable Cleveland-based company that provides consumer pricing research for home-services businesses, and they asked us to help find homeowners who want to take part.
It’s simple: accepted homeowners receive a specified list of 10 businesses and get a written quote from each one. You don’t have to buy anything. Complete every program requirement, and you’ll receive a check for $1,800.

What the assignment involves
Accepted participants obtain written estimates for replacing something already at their home. Examples include a replacement shower, converting an existing tub to a shower, or replacing windows, doors, roofing, siding, HVAC, and similar features.
- Obtain 10 written quotes — in person or provided by the company — from the home-services companies we assign.
- All 10 quotes must be for the same property listed on your application.
- The project must replace an existing home feature; repairs and brand-new installations are not eligible.
- Schedule and attend the estimate appointments yourself.
- Submit the quote documents the way the program instructions describe.
- Follow all program instructions exactly; incomplete assignments are not paid.
